Yes. Most clients who reach out are booking their first session. There is no experience required, and no expectation that you arrive knowing what to do. I guide you through the whole session and set the pace around your comfort level.

Collections start at $795 and most clients choose the $1,195 Signature. Everything is all-inclusive: hair and makeup, studio time, direction, retouching and your images. No. I direct you through the whole session, including posing, movement, and expression. When something needs adjusting, I tell you what to change and show you.

Bring a few outfit options that make you feel good. Lingerie, bodysuits, oversized shirts, or even simple basics can all work well. There is no required style. If you are unsure, we can talk it through before your session.

That is entirely your choice. Sessions can range from fully clothed portraits to more revealing images. We talk about your comfort level beforehand, and you can change it at any point during the session.

Yes. Professional hair and makeup is included with every session. Marggie does it, and it takes about an hour. She keeps the styling natural and camera-ready and shapes it around what you like. You do not need to arrive prepared or styled in any particular way.

Only me, your photographer, and Marggie, who does your hair and makeup and stays through the whole session. I photograph one client at a time, and the studio is closed to everyone else while you are here. You are welcome to bring a friend if that helps you feel settled.

Some women would rather work with a woman, and that's a completely reasonable preference. No explanation owed. If that's you, I hope you find a photographer you feel easy with.

Marggie is here for every session, start to finish. She does your hair and makeup, she stays through the shoot, and you are never alone in the studio. It is how the day is built, and it is there for you automatically.

I don't touch clients. Posing is directed with words and demonstration. If something needs adjusting, I'll tell you or show you on myself.

The studio is closed during your session. No other clients, no observers, nobody dropping by.

You're welcome to bring a friend if that helps you feel settled. Some people do, most don't, both are fine.

And before you commit to anything, you can come meet me at the studio with no camera in the room and decide afterward.

The studio is in Austin, Texas. I share the exact address after booking to protect the privacy of every client. On-location sessions are also available if you prefer a different setting. Many clients travel in from outside Austin, including Boerne, San Antonio, and the Hill Country.

Sessions typically last two to three hours, including hair and makeup, wardrobe changes, and photography. The pace is unhurried.

I deliver your images through a private, password-protected online gallery within two to three weeks. Digital files are included with every session, along with full personal printing rights. Prints and albums are available if you want them.

No. Your images are yours. I never share, post, or use them for any purpose without your explicit written permission, given image by image. I wrote a full guide on how I keep your photos private.

That is expected. Most clients feel some level of nervousness before their session. I keep the pace calm and the direction clear, and you can take a break whenever you need one. By the end of the session, most clients feel noticeably more comfortable than when they arrived.
